I would have a factual and educational response to that. And I would have my resume out quickly there after. I would highlight the actual crime data of who’s doing the actual killing and a series of solutions to reduce it.

I work for a conservatively run large company, although the subsidiary I work for is in a very blue state with a few moonbats and libtards.
They tend to stay far away from most of this nonsense. However, because they are publicly traded, I guess then need to pay lip service.
They recently put the call out for a DEI committee among some key employees. I spoke with one and was told their mindset is more breaking down the walls between the manufacturing side and the sales side, white collar and blue collar.
I just managed an event at one of the plants that I feel went very far toward reaching that goal. That wasn’t my intention, but that was a sure side benefit.
The committee includes a handful of people, most of whom I know. One is of a certain minority and he’s as MAGA as you can get. I almost wanted to join the committee just to see him at work. My job doesn’t permit such fluff because I’m on th eroad too much.
