Earlier this week, multi-hyphenate billionaire Elon Musk endorsed a tweet suggesting Black students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) have lower IQs and shouldn't become pilots.
"It will take an airplane crashing and killing hundreds of people for them to change this crazy policy of DIE," he tweeted, intentionally mixing up the letters of the acronym for "diversity, equity, and inclusion."
Civil rights groups were understandably horrified at the billionaire's racist comments.
"The only thing anyone needs to hear from Musk about diversity in the workplace is an apology," Marc Morial, president and CEO of the National Urban League, told NBC News, calling his statements "abhorrent and pathetic."
In his tweets, Musk appeared to imply that HBCU students shouldn't be allowed to become pilots. However, neither his statement nor the tweet he was responding to stand up to virtually any degree of scrutiny, from made-up average IQ numbers to wrongfully correlating high SAT scores with high IQ.

DIE has a built-in defense shield. Anyone opposing it is smeared with the racist flag. With that one should melt like the witch getting the pail of water. These Cultural Marxists run on arguments based on emotion rather than facts. That makes it easier for a class of elite oligarchs to rule the masses.

Oh the standard lies I see. There was nothing in Musk’s criticism of RACISM that was in any way critical of black people. Musk correctly pointed out that RACISM will lead to taking less qualified people and poor results.
Lefties think such a straightforward statement is actually saying that blacks are inferior and can’t do the job as well as whites, but that’s not what he is saying. Even if you turned DEI around and gave racial preferences to whites over blacks based only upon skin color you would still end up with many who would not be up to the job. It’s just basic logic. If you’re not looking at skill and experience above all else, you will inevitably end up hiring incompetent people, no matter what variety of race you’re prioritizing over it.

Right, because at the time, people were judged by the same standards. If you didn't have good enough test scores, you didn't get admitted. And if you didn't work hard enough, you didn't graduate.
But what happened is that somebody noticed that fewer blacks were passing those standards, and decided to fix it by lowering standards for blacks.
When I attended law school, the admission was based on LSAT score and grade point average. They ranked everyone and drew a line. They didn’t know if we were blue green or purple. When we took finals, we didn’t put our names on the blue books, we put a number on the blue book. The test was graded based on what we wrote. Totally blind. You couldn’t cheat because even if you brought your notes, there wasn’t time to look at your notes and finish the test. Merit. Not anything else.
Selecting people to become pilots on any basis other than skill and qualification is going to get people killed.

The Musk statements are cultural and not racist. Comments critical of the Black Afro American culture are not only permissible, but long over due.

I saw this firsthand when I was tutoring at my state College. Most of the black students I tutored there couldn’t do basic arithmetic or no basic English. It was horrifying to witness.

People here would praise Elon Musk if he were black because he’s become conservative, and because most people are happy when they see blacks succeed.
Unfortunately your question cannot be tested because EM is white.
Whether or not there are differences, liberals and many blacks in the educational system have betrayed blacks and other minorities.
In my close second hand experience in elementary schools, there used to be tough black rule model teachers who demanded more of Black students and accepted no excuses. They wanted the students to succeed in life.
Now, educational standards for ALL kids have dropped. Second grade teachers their away their materials from even 10 years ago, because the kids are so under educated at home and school, they could never handle the work.
As for black students, when they need extra help to catch up, young black and liberal sites jump in to demand that no more black children be classified to receive extra tutoring, which they have decided is racist.
The left has destroyed much of the Black population’s future, and a lot of the whites and other minorities as well.
This is not political theory, teachers all over the country know it.
Meanwhile their union sends them propaganda for DEI.
Very sad.
