HAARP Tactical weather manipulation is absolutely real. China is doing it also. Those who do not believe it are working for the government or still in the dark ages... What is HAARP used for?

We got over 14” of snow on Wed PM-—with BLOWING snow that piled up everywhere.

NOTHING was moving THURSDAY AM.

ALL Nevada state offices in the northern part of the state were closed.

5 Counties had schools closed.

The traffic on my street was about 2% of normal.

Many businesses were closed.

It never got over 28 on Thursday.

I have been trying to navigate thru almost knee high snow to feed my livestock and to keep water open.

IT is 41 right now, and some melting is happening.

I had to use a floor broom. flip it over & use the wood wide to drag snow off my hay stack tarps.

Currently -28°F, here in Calgary, dropping to -38°F tonight and tomorrow night.

This early AM, driving home after finishing evening shift, listened to all news radio for traffic updates and weather. Between such updates, they have propaganda, er, news.

The reporterette was reporting, complaining really, on the ‘plight’ of all the new immigrants from Africa, Afghanistan, Pakistan and India, in Calgary. She complained that they don’t know how to dress for the cold, and how hard it was on them. I could barely understand what she was saying, as she has a VERY pronounced Indian accent.

I thought to myself, ‘Good! Maybe they’ll turn around and go back home!

The first part of winter may be mild. The coldest and snowiest part of the winter should be from mid-January onward. The MEI is certainly not in the same ballpark as the ONI and is heading to the weaker and more classic snowy, cold winters. I expect the opposite of last winter, when we came out of the gate fast and then fell apart. I can’t rule out a 2009 December to remember, but the idea here is the core of the worst part of winter, relative to averages, should be from mid-January onward.

As we got closer to now, the forecast became more specific, more detailed in every way. Weeks ago, this arctic event was forecasted.
