'To our clients' horror, each was told by armed guards to take off their religious apparel or leave'...
It's a victory for students who were ejected by the National Archives and Records Administration from a Washington, D.C., museum for wearing T-shirts with pro-life messages.
A report from the American Center for Law and Justice confirms the organization was assured such a situation would not be allowed to develop again.
The ACLJ reported, "As we told you, at the start of mediation, our clients’ objective was to find out who was responsible for the targeting, how and why it happened, and to ensure that something like this does not happen again. We have achieved just that."
It continued, "In documents filed yesterday with the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., the National Archives’ Chief of Management outlined the investigation conducted into the targeting of our clients following the events on January 20, 2023. The NARA official’s affidavit provided details about who was responsible for the targeting (a security guard hired by NARA and employed by Allied Universal) and outlined steps taken by NARA officials to ensure this doesn’t happen again and additional training provided to security officers."

a security guard hired by NARA and employed by Allied Universal
No security guard arbitrarily chooses to enforce their own biases - when it might endanger their employment - without instruction.
They even admit it was beyond merely one guard:
“”Several government institutions targeted pro-lifers, kicking them out or forcing them to remove or cover up pro-life attire in violation of their First Amendment free speech rights,” the ACLJ reported.”
and
“...told by armed ‘guards’...” (plural)
Besides, no biased security guard would communicate their bias as the pro-lifers “inciting others”.
“who,” “what,” and “how” my ass.
Additionally, the linked report cites a Capt. ‘Blackbar’ as having been “removed from duties” for his instructions to security officers.
The findings are a whitewash and we all know it.
“As we told you, at the start of mediation, our clients’ objective was to find out who was responsible for the targeting, how and why it happened, and to ensure that something like this does not happen again. We have achieved just that.”
And this next statement is the so-called answer to that statement?
“a security guard hired by NARA and employed by Allied Universal.”
No, that’s no answer and they have not achieved their clients’ objectives.
That does not state who the person is, only what entity hired them and what company they were ultimately employed by.
That does not state why it happened.
Where’s the punishment for the violation of the most basic of Americans’ rights?
The mental disease of commie liberalism is everywhere in government.
Thanks for the detail.
The report is telling

Good read. Thank you
Two lumps from Biden’s diaper. Coal has value.
The security guard that did this is an Obama Pygmy cannibal. You know, those who think they are entitled and can do whatever they want. Washington DC is filled with them and in fact run the federal government. For this reason alone, the District of Caligula should get nuked. /spit
The security contractor doesn’t make up the post orders. The targeting of pro- life visitors had to have come from the National Archives security officer.
Security guard? They mean the fall guy. He’ll be promoted.
What BS are you reading?
No security officer in the world ‘creates’ post orders:
They FOLLOW them.
What about Bob?
I’m referring to the National archives facility security officer who developed the post orders with NA staff, not to be confused with the contract SO on duty.
We live in a post Constitutional America.
We live in Post-America America.
Yep.
Wouldn’t it be nice for a child to show up at school wearing one that innocently says ‘choose life’? He gets suspended and the next day all his friends show up wearing the same.
If you are a business owner, fire Allied Universal as your security team. Our contract with them is coming up, so we might get another company.
