Their savage behavior has brought the "N" word back in common usage among friends and family.

This Thanksgiving, a cousin was a little gunshy about the use of the "N" word. My sister said that if he knew a more derogatory word to refer to them, she's open to suggestions.

Before anyone asks why I don't say the word here, I have no desire to be banned, thank you.

Among their friends and families. Decades of declaring this word to be grievously insulting apparently hasn't reached the latest generation, as the monotonal rap "music" they play at my workplace can't seem to use the word enough.

Someone told me that's done to 'rob the word of it's power', but I suspect it's a sick joke on non-blacks, purposely rubbing our noses in the hypocritical dual standards of usage (okay for one group and never for others).
