If he had declared an insurrection, Trump supporters are well enough armed that they would have taken the entire Capitol Building and held it until the army came the next day. It is extremely possible that the building would have burned down in the battle. A Fed assisted/instigated riot is not an insurrection.

probably not. If a Republican had said something similar about a Democrat, a group of Democrats would’ve been before a microphone within minutes, so that on the same newscast that day, their rebuttal would be included. .
