From pages 8-9....

"But for our resolution of the Electors’ challenge under the Election Code, the Secretary would be required to include President Trump’s name on the 2024 presidential primary ballot.

Therefore, to maintain the status quo pending any review by the U.S. Supreme Court, we stay our ruling until January 4, 2024 (the day before the Secretary’s deadline to certify the content of the presidential primary ballot). If review is sought in the Supreme Court before the stay expires on January 4, 2024, then the stay shall remain in place, and the Secretary will continue to be required to include President Trump’s name on the 2024 presidential primary ballot, until the receipt of any order or mandate from the Supreme Court."

6-3 at best in favor of Trump. The three stone-cold leftists on the court would never put the law ahead of their party.

It won’t be 9-0 bank it. 6-3 maybe 7-2. My money is on 6-3.

The baseball Ty Cobb’s birthday was December 18, 1886. Cobb was a Scottish Rite Freemason.

This Ty Cobb is in the news 137 years (and one day) from TC’s birthday.

137 is the 33rd prime number - the ubiquitous (Phoenician) Masonic 33.

”9-0” - the number 9, most prominently associated with baseball.

Baseball - the greatest game, is also a Masonic ritual.

https://www.remnantradio.org/Archives/articles/Baseball/baseball.htm

Numerology

The numerology aspect of baseball is something to look at closely because it relates directly to the sacred numbers. You will notice that almost all numbers related to baseball are multiples or divisors of 9.

3 strikes
3 outs
9 fielding positions
9 innings
27 outs per game
81 homes games
81 games on the road

In Freemasonry, nine derives its value from its being the product of three multiplied into itself, and consequently in Masonic language the number nine is always denoted by the expression three times three. For a similar reason, 27, which is 3 times 9, and 81, which is 9 times 9, are esteemed as sacred numbers in the advanced Degrees. -Masonic Dictionary

Every one is aware of the singular properties of the number nine, which, multiplied by itself or any other number whatever, gives a result whose final sum is always nine, or always divisible by nine. Nine multiplied by each of the ordinary numbers, produces an arithmetical progression, each member whereof, composed of two figures, and presents a remarkable fact.

9 . 18 . 27 . 36 . 45 . 54 . 63 . 72 . 81 . 90 So, 0+9=9, 1+8=9, 2+7=9 and so on. Also, there are mirrors of numbers that are important like 18 and 81, 27 and 72, 36 and 63, 45 and 54. For all those reasons, 9 and its multiples are considered sacred. The three bases represent the three degrees of the Blue Lodge, and in order to score or succeed the player must reach home plate in order to advance to the further degrees.

If you can be removed from a ballot by a court for a crime you have not been convicted of, President Biden should be removed from EVERY state ballot for the CRIME of giving aid and comfort to our nation’s enemies—aka—TREASON!!

Justice Roberts will not permit a ruling on this for at least a year or two. Trump must be stopped. Trump will be kicked off twenty states before a single ballot is cast. Maybe that is a good thing. Everyone loves watching the wars in Ukraine and Gaza—why not have one here? A new Civil War? A new CSA (The Constitutional States of America) A new confederacy of states around Texas and Florida-—Trump can be President, Ted Cruz VP. We can pick sides and have at it The CSA can seize Nukes and maybe Russian support. America can but cut up into two or three nations. How long will people come to US as illegals if it means being drafted into the New Army of Freedom and on to the Battlefields of Virginia and Tennessee? That will be great TV—until it isn’t.

That may be the case, but if they duck this one, the Bill of Rights is basically cancelled.

From what I see published, SCOTUS accepted just 4.6% of petitions for certiorari in 2022. Many people have their rights violated without SCOTUS hearing the case. Hopefully, they don't duck this one, but they duck many cases.

All systems contrived by man fail. We are merely witnessing the final failure of the one that we live in. There is always disbelief when a system collapses that remains until it becomes clear that it is every man for himself as the heavy boot of tyranny, the natural condition of rule by man throughout all history of civilization, descends.

We simply happen to still be alive during an occasion that we’ve been so fortunate to only read about in history books, or in The Bible.

Our good fortune has ended.

Democracy, even when tempered by republican institutions, is not workable over time. Dr. Franklin was right to question a republic's chances for longevity. The lure of Utopian pipe dreams is too strong for tyrants not to sooner or later employ democracy to gain control.

I don't claim to be a prophet; but I am now quite sure the only chance of once again being truly free rests on having the good fortune of another set of gifted founders rising up in the aftermath of the continuing collapse. And, IMO, this is iffy at best. I hope the election of Trump or someone like him will prove me wrong.

When was Trump convicted of insurrection?
When was Trump charged with insurrection?
When was Trump’s trial for insurrection?

In the Colorado state court about six weeks ago. The appeal from that is what was before the Colorado Supreme Court.

Not saying the trial was legitimate, just that there was one. Without a jury. Before one judge who ruled that Trump committed insurrection (ironically though refused to remove Trump from the ballot).

The election of Trump will only instigate civil war from the Left. So even that will not stop this collapse. If Trump overcomes all and is elected, we will have civil war and some form of secession by the leftist states. If Trump is not successful, the right will succumb to the Leftist tyranny and that will be the end.

Either way, this nation has collapsed and is no more.

Unlike some would, even on these pages, I would not argue with you. It would not be right or a winning effort.

I was telling a youngster about new regulations yesterday, such as this business transparency junk. He saw no problem with it at all, even tried to rationalize it. Could not see why I had a problem with it. I told him it would be easy for him since he has never known true liberty.
