I have no idea what relevance that has to the case at hand.
from the story we’re given, we don’t know who mistook the address, who ordered any ‘escalation’, etc.
I’ll ask you the question I asked previously: what is your solution? Do you want to get rid of cops entirely, because they’re so given to ‘bad behavior’? or, How would you improve their performance?

Simple, remove immunity and hold them accountable for failing to self police their own peers and departments. I remember when they took pride in honesty and integrity. They would not stand one minute for a bad pickle spoiling the whole barrel and making them all look bad.
Now days they look the other way and could care less what kind of image they have as an industry.
They should have to pay for malpractice insurance.
No need for taxpayers to payout and at some point the bad ones become uninsurable.
