President Biden is running for reelection to save what he calls democracy from Caesar Augustus in waiting: former President Donald Trump.
Since “Bidenomics” is as popular as Dylan Mulvaney’s commercials for Bud Light, the president’s reelection team — aka the Suicide Squad — has decided that the road to victory lies in convincing voters that the likely Republican nominee is a sinister figure who would transform the land of the free into a nation of storm troopers, stiff-arm salutes and tax reform.
Mr. Biden told a fundraiser in September, “Donald Trump and his MAGA Republicans are determined to destroy American democracy.”
American democracy is here defined as at least 8 million illegal aliens in the past three years, trillion-dollar deficits and a war on fossil fuels. Why, the ex-president and his MAGA brownshirts might even turn the Department of Justice and the FBI on his opponents and raid their homes.
How can you destroy what doesn’t exist? America is not a democracy, though we’re moving in that direction at alarming speed.
We started as a republic with certain democratic features. In the purest sense, democracy means majority rule in all cases with no safeguards for the rights of minorities.

Much as German "Democracy" fell when the German Democratic Republic was dissolved at the end of the Cold War when the Berlin Wall was brought down. Hopefully Trump will be as quick to dissolve our own Stasi.

I'll dismantle FBI, NSA and CIA. Then I will force everyone who've worked for over 5 years eligible for early retirement. They'll be blacklisted from ever working in the federal government again.
We still have the Marshalls, Secret Service, Border Patrol, etc.
The remaining functions by the FBI will go back to the states. Every state is equipped with their own Bureau of Investigation.

So they’ll work for contractors that the federal government will outsource, or work for MSM outlets where security clearances are golden. Unless you line them up against a wall and shoot them, they will continue to make trouble one way or another. They can join the Pinkertons, and be hired as “security,” to act as provocateurs at MAGA events, school board meetings, pro-life vigils around clinics and Catholic masses. Perkins Coey will launder their paychecks. And why not? You fired them.
Give them make-work posts studying what to do with spent condoms in public lavatories, or something.

It'll be like a golden parachute.
If they've worked less than 5 years, they're not eligible for early retirement but they will get 12 months severance pay.
The problem IS ‘democracy’...
If Trump is going to do this, he’ll have to do this on day one. Dismantle the alphabet agencies.

Read Eric Hoffer’s True Believer. Active men, who believe they are uniquely qualified to shake and to move the world become frustrated, and look to redeem their “ruined” lives with action. Then they join organizations like the SA in Germany, and start killing people. Just a few at first, but later a whole bunch. MOST will be happy to be shut of Washington and politics. But ENOUGH will be hell-bent on giving their now-meaningless lives a new meaning. It can’t end well.
What is your guess what % of FBI agents/supervisors would be willing to give up the FBI’s current political bias? Bear in mind that “biting the hand that feeds them” could have serious consequences for them and their families. It might be impossible for them to leave the plantation, without fixing the entire DOJ. They might have a mutual dependence on the intelligence agencies too. Remember Sally Yates protected the FBI National Security Division from investigations before Trump fired her but I don’t think the FBI ever undid the damage.

You’d have to break them. I don’t know how. Torture? But taking their job, even if they had a nice pension, would not do it. Man doesn’t live by bread alone. They need a sense of purpose, of belonging to something larger than themselves. Take that away from them, and they will hate you forever and work tirelessly for your downfall.
