Another filing by Jack Smith.
He collected data off Trump's cell phones including "images and websites visited" and when Trump left his Twitter app open on January 6.
Smith is a sick individual who should immediately be defunded and investigated--"deranged" is too kind.

OH MY G*D, Trump used his PHONE!!!! While he was PRESIDENT!!! On JANUARY 6TH!!!! LOCK HIM UP LOCK HIM UP LOCK HIM UP
(That’s all they’ve got)
This proves the FIB and DuhJ were spying on the president, and now they are trying to prosecute him in pure banana republic fashion after stealing the election.
I’m no special prosecutor, and obviously this isn’t a court or a court system friendly to Trump, but in an honest world, proving one thing alleged about Trump’s behavior disproves the other thing alleged about Trump’s behavior.
Trump can’t be both a twitter and fox news addict who spent all of his waking hours impotently looking at memes, stalking accounts, and tweeting “Law & Order!”... and at the same time also spending all of his waking hours plotting with a shadowy group of coconspirators to obstruct congress and undermine the results of the election.
Both can’t be true.
A secret warrant was granted. Twitter was fined $350,000 for a delay while the protested the warrant.

The warrant also included anyone who subscribed, unsubscribed, mentioned Trump, liked, commented, or retweeted one of his posts during a 4 month period. It is a bit vague on 2nd-hand or third-hand interactions, but does include the mere mention of Trump or his Twitter account.

The entire DoJ needs to be fumigated and disinfected, if not disbanded altogether and reformed from scratch.
I don’t support jailing anyone for non-violent crimes, but I’m inclined to make exceptions for people like Smith et al.
