But it was OK when Democrats cast false electoral votes for Mrs. Bill Clinton in 2016.
These “fake electors” went from looking at $200k fines and prison to absolutely no penalty and all they had to do was say “Biden won” and promise not to be electors any more. I would suggest that’s a pretty significant win and is a REALLY good indication that the prosecutors knew they had little to no chance of winning the case.

Knew it was rigged when Faux Snooze called Arizona before their polls closed. That’s when the tube went off along with any “faith” in the national election system. Totally corrupted and compromised. Furthermore, the vote charts fully proved that.
Until 2020 is resolved, there is but one box left to throw off the chains of tyranny and that will not be a pretty sight.
So..... given the predicament the commies and their sycophants have put US in, we now have to expose the cockroaches in all their “glory” and prosecute them to the fullest extent of military law.

There are ELECTORAL SLATES for every candidate, including green, socialist, independent, etc. NONE of those are “fake.” In Hawaii in 1960 we had three slates of electors sent in. THREE. Were those “facke?”

I thought it was the law of the land, but people's Constitutional Rights are being violated in every way, and absolutely NOTHING HAPPENS to the violators.

Doesn’t matter if they think biden won or not. There were lawsuits at the time. Had President Trump prevailed in those lawsuits, he would need the electors and their votes to win the election. What democrats wanted is for him to not have those electoral votes in place which would give biden the election no matter which way the courts ruled.

It’s quite 1984ish how these electors, like so many of the Jan 6 prisoners, were forced to publicly renounce their views.
That Torquemada reference is one of the best I have seen in the internet era!
Still, I would suggest that being subjected to an Iron Maiden (or listening to Iron Maiden) would constitute somewhat more of a penalty than the nothing these folks got. As far as the agreement being coerced, sure it was. That aspect was a given the moment the decision to prosecute was made. What’s important after that is the outcome and this outcome is as good as it could reasonably get. It would make no sense whatsoever this day in age to place yor fate in the hands of a jury that, for purely political reasons, just might cost you years of your life.
