The ceasefire charade is over for now, Hamas has had a chance to regroup, and the Israelis are determined now to finish the job and destroy the threat from the bloodthirsty jihad group forever. The Biden regime, however, is telling them to ease up, and let Hamas live to kill more Israeli civilians on another day. In light of the heavy pressure the regime has been receiving from its far-Left base, and its anti-Israel stance from the beginning, this is no surprise.
The Washington Post, always a reliable Biden regime mouthpiece, on Wednesday quoted unnamed regime apparatchiks declaring that “a different kind of campaign has to be conducted in the south,” and that the Israelis “can’t do what they did in the north in the south.” Barely concealing its glee, the Post taunted Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu with his own determined words, quoting them in the context of the Biden regime’s statements to the contrary. The Post quoted Netanyahu as saying: “We continue until the end, until victory…nothing will stop us,” while making it clear that Israel’s foremost ally, and the only nation that prevents the Jewish state from being completely isolated on the world stage, was going to do exactly that: stop Israel from destroying Hamas.
White House national security spokesman John Kirby made it explicit: “We’ve been clear with the Israelis that we don’t support them moving forward with operations in the south unless they have a plan to deal with the now-increased level of civilians there.” He said nothing about how Hamas deliberately stages attacks from civilian areas in order to provoke retaliatory fire that it can use for propaganda purposes.
Old Joe Biden himself recently said that the idea of placing conditions on military aid to Israel in the future was a “worthwhile thought.” Biden regime Secretary of State Antony Blinken moved toward doing just that during a Thursday meeting with Netanyahu. According to Al Jazeera, which, like the WaPo, could barely contain its delight at the whole thing, Blinken “assured Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that he could count on US support.” That support, however, came with a caveat: “But, he said that such support requires Israel’s ‘compliance with international humanitarian law,’ and ‘urged Israel to take every possible measure to avoid civilian harm,’ the US Department of State said. To prevent a further significant increase in civilian casualties, Blinken ‘stressed the imperative of accounting for humanitarian and civilian protection needs in southern Gaza before any military operations there,’ the department said.”
The warning itself was offensive, as Blinken doubtless knows that Israel does not actually violate international humanitarian law in its military operations, and already takes every possible measure to avoid civilian harm. Several years ago, the British Colonel Richard Kemp investigated the IDF’s conduct and concluded that during Operation Cast Lead, the Israeli defensive action against Hamas and other jihad groups in Gaza in December 2008 and January 2009, “the IDF did more to safeguard the rights of civilians in a combat zone than any other army in the history of warfare.” Kemp wrote in May 2023 that “the IDF which is known by all Western military commanders to be more effective than any other force in the world in preventing the deaths of civilians in enemy territory.” Yet Israel is fighting against a foe that is determined to maximize civilian casualties; Blinken and his masters should be blaming Hamas, not Israel, for civilian deaths.
The meaning of Blinken’s admonition, however, was unmistakable: Israel cannot count on further support from the Biden regime, particularly as the establishment media continues to trumpet Hamas propaganda about alleged Israeli atrocities. The Biden regime is putting this pressure on Israel because it is desperately trying to shore up its far-Left base, which is revolting (yes, in both senses of the word). Early in November, Nihad Awad of the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), put Old Joe on notice: “The language that President Biden and his party understand is the language of votes in the 2023 elections and our message is: No cease-fire, no votes.” Awad was echoing the ever-winsome Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-Ramallah), who had asserted several days before that “Joe Biden supported the genocide of the Palestinian people….The American people won’t forget. Biden, support a cease-fire now. Or don’t count on us in 2024.”
Oh, you missed the genocide of the Palestinian people? That’s only because it never happened. And the ceasefire Tlaib and Awad wanted has come and gone, but the cries for a new one will begin as soon as Israel resumes significant operations in Gaza.
And so Old Joe and his accomplices have to choose: abandon Israel, or say goodbye to political power in 2024. They’re choosing 2024. Israel is on its own.

Biden Sends Israel Hundreds of Millions of Dollars of Arms
Includes 100 powerful 2000-Pound Bunker Buster Bombs,
15,000 smaller bombs, 57,000 155mm artillery shells,
1,000 GBU-39 small diameter bombs
Biden has provided Israel with tens of thousands of weapons and artillery shells. The surge of arms, including roughly 15,000 bombs and 57,000 artillery shells, began shortly after Oct 7 and has continued in recent days, officials said. The U.S. hasn’t previously disclosed the total number of weapons sent nor has it mentioned the transfer of 100 BLU-109, 2,000-pound bunker buster bombs.
The airlift of hundreds of millions of dollars in US munitions, primarily on C-17 military cargo planes flying from the U.S. to Tel Aviv, comes as the Biden administration urges them to consider preventing large-scale civilian casualties (while supplying many of the munitions deployed).
Some security analysts say the US weapons giveaways could undercut Biden’s pressure on Israel to protect civilians. “It seems inconsistent with Biden’s reported exhortations to use smaller-diameter bombs,” said a senior adviser at the nonprofit International Crisis Group, and a former attorney-advisor at the State Department.
Unlike US arms to Ukraine, where the US has openly published regular updates on some of the weapons it has provided, Washington has disclosed little about how many and what types of weapons it has sent to Israel.
Biden officials say the lack of disclosure is partly b/c US weapons to Israel come through different mechanisms. U.S. military aid to Israel amounts to some $3.8 billion every year.
The US arsenal of artillery, bombs, other weapons and military gear outlined have been used in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Somalia and Libya, to target large groups of gathered enemy forces. By contrast, the tiny state of Israel is making ground incursions, battling militants who are among civilians in narrow strips of dense urban environments.
“They are kind of the weapons of choice for the fights we had in Afghanistan and Syria in open, non-urban areas,” said a former deputy assistant secretary of defense and officer in the Marine Corps and C.I.A. “The US may use them in more urban areas, but first it would do a lot of target analysis to make sure the attack was proportional and based on military necessity.”
The Israeli Prime Minister’s Office and its Ministry of Defense didn’t respond to a request for comment on the weapons transfers. The White House National Security Council didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.
On the one hand, Israel’s military says it takes precautions to protect civilians, but it has also said its air force strikes were causing “maximum damage.”
According to an internal US govt list of the weapons described to The WSJ, among the US arms handed over to Israel include:
<><>more than 5,000 Mk82 unguided or “dumb” bombs,
<><>more than 5,400 Mk84 2,000 pound warhead bombs,
<><>around 1,000 GBU-39 small diameter bombs,
<><>approximately 3,000 JDAMs, which turn unguided bombs into guided “smart” bombs,
<><>BLU-109 bunker busters w/ 2,000 pound warheads designed to penetrate concrete shelters.
Military analysts say the transfer of large bombs to Israel illustrates the choices facing the Israeli military to wipe out Hamas in Gaza, a tiny, densely populated ribbon of land that is home to more than two million Palestinians.
The U.S. has transferred about 1,000 GBU-39 small diameter bombs to Israel to help dislodge Hamas from Gaza where Hamas uses a vast network of underground tunnels, which Israel could attempt to strike with the bunker buster bombs, analysts say. The tunnels, however, lie beneath Gaza’s small urban landscape of apartment blocks, schools, hospitals, and other civilian buildings.
US officials say Israel used an American-provided bomb with a large payload in one of the deadliest strikes of the entire war, an attack that leveled an apartment block in Gaza’s Jabalia refugee camp, killing more than 100 people. Israel said the strike killed a single Hamas leader.
“There is potentially a legitimate use to bust underground bunkers,” said a former advisor at the State Department. “The problem is there’s a massive refugee camp with hundreds of thousands of civilians on top of those tunnels when you drop the bomb. You need to factor in the harm to civilians.”
The U.S. has also sent Israel roughly 57,000 155mm artillery shells—a key munition the U.S. has also provided Ukraine since the 2022 Russian invasion—along with thousands of other artillery shells and various small arms.
Even before the US armed the war in Gaza, the nation’s 155mm artillery rounds were in such short supply that the U.S. was forced to reach deep into its global stockpiles and turned to allies South Korea and Japan, among other countries, to provide more arms to Ukraine.

They know damn amen that he’d still get at least 70% of the Jewish vote in 2024 even if he flew the Nazi flag at all federal buildings and personally supervised the operations of a Nazi concentration camp in Delaware.
Sorry — they know damn WELL …
I wouldn't be so sure of this. I know quite a few Jewish people who in the past always voted democrat who have told me "never again." They have been shocked into moving to the MAGA side of politics. This is not proof on a grand scale, but friends and family members have told me the same thing: Jews are waking up from their long-term democrat addiction.
I expect that oft-quoted 70% figure to be much smaller int he next election.
The more resources and attention Biden-Blinken-Nodden-and-Nore sends to Israel and to Ukraine, the less resources are available to Taiwan.
Communist China and Obama-Biden approve this message.
Biden and cadre lies to everyone, not just us. The election is next year, and the two-faced lines of BS coming from regime sources shouldn't be taken too seriously. They're lying to everyone.
Hmmmmm...........by the looks of that arms list, Biden is
smarting after getting a well-deserved Hebraic tongue lashing.
“Overcompensating” comes to mind.
Has to nail that Jewish vote.
Yet, as one FReeper posted, he’d still get 70% of the Jewish vote in 2024
<><>even if he flew the Nazi flag over federal buildings in downtown DC
<><>and personally supervised the operations of a Nazi concentration camp
<><>with the acquiescence of reliable Del Dems (who never even knew they were voting for him).
I SUPPOSE THAT ISRAEL COULD KILL MORE /ALL OF THE “CIVILIANS” so taking care of them at Egyptian border wouldn’t be that much of a problem....
On October 9 K.T. McFarland had it right when she said, “Mark my words. In a month, maybe 2 weeks, Joe Biden will be calling for Israel to cease fire...” See video, at 1:11 mark:
