This is what they mean by "intersectionality". It's the left's way of encouraging all of their various lobbies and causes to work together. They come up with pseduo-science to, in this case, encourage the gender lobbyists to also be green lobbyists. They do this to bridge all of their leftest causes so that as they advocate each cause they have greater numbers.

But in the end it all comes down to each lobbying arm being united in on one common goal: the destruction of our western culture.

I’m trying to unpack this claim. Are women and girls the ones giving birth or the ones being born? Is there an assertion that men and boys can give birth and men and boys also die during childbirth?
