A shadowy "voters rights" group did an FOIA request for the Michigan 2016 presidential ballots.
The red Michigan counties provided the ballots in the summer of 2018 - but the blue Michigan counties were "too large" to give them over until early 2019 - after the 2018 "election".
Result?
A Blue Wave in the red Michigan counties - but no Blue Wave in the blue Michigan counties.
