Mayor Adams has been accused of sexually assaulting a former colleague in 1993 in a lawsuit filed just before the deadline for the Adult Survivors Act, The Post learned Thursday.
The accuser, whom The Post is not identifying because of the nature of the allegation, named the former cop as a defendant along with the NYPD’s transit bureau and Guardian Association in a lawsuit filed late Wednesday.

OTH, it seems that New York courts don't seem to care about that little ex post facto law detail. See how the NY courts are treating Trump in his fraud trial.
“My stand on these late charges stays the same. We have statues of limitations for a reason. The framework of our justice system is that the right of the accuse to a fair (and speedy) trial. Bringing an accusation after decades (especially if it is a he said/she said) situation is fundamentally wrong (regardless if I like or dislike the accused).”

Once on a rock station the hosts reported a local athlete who for some reason was defiant about paying his large amount of VHS rental tape overdues and non-returns being charged for replacements. They read off the titles which were the sappiest and funniest sounding porn movies of the time involving housewives, cheerleaders and coeds.
1993??? Seriously? Where the hell has she been for the last 30 years? I’m no fan of Adams, but, come on, thirty freakin’ years ago??
