Has anyone here ever tried roasting an upside-down turkey, like Martha Stewart demonstrated here?
"Martha Stewart’s Upside-Down Thanksgiving Turkey..."(There are a lot of other youtube videos about that way of roasting them too, and some people seem to swear by them. It'd be interesting to see if anyone here ever tried that, and if so, how it came out.)
