The man literally warmed the seat in his office before having to sign off on it. Had he not this would have been placed squarely at the feet of the Republican Party and run around the clock 24/7 by all media outlets and Social Media. It’d have been political suicide and the death knell in the coffin had he not signed it. You done do these things going into an election year and hand the reigns of power back to the Demonrats.
