And they couldn’t get off and use Uber to get there? Check pics at the link. They were on chartered flights and were let off on the tarmac, not the terminal. Buses we’re supposed to drive to tarmac; but yes, Subway now runs from Dulles to downtown DC

They apparently were not permitted off the tarmac. Si e every time I travel the airports are filled with Muslim workers in the building and on the tarmac I find this to be an interesting bit of information.
