Check pics at the link. They were on chartered flights and were let off on the tarmac, not the terminal. Buses we’re supposed to drive to tarmac; but yes, Subway now runs from Dulles to downtown DC
A third of the scheduled busses didn’t show. Seems they could have gotten one that did show, to shuttle people from tarmac to airport terminal train station.
