A rare quality in a president’s close family member:
One who stayed out of the spotlight and out of trouble.
Gonna be a sad day in the Trump family....may the Lord bring them comfort.
BTTT
Praying for them.
It is very hard losing a sibling. May she rest in peace, and may Donald Trump and his family be comforted.
God bless and comfort President Trump and his family.
Amen!
I assume this is not the Mary Trump who sold her soul for a buck by turning against him?
No, Mary was his niece. Maryanne is his sister.
There’s a connection, according to Wikipedia. Supposedly Mary Trump recorded Trump’s sister making comments about him that included... from Wikipedia:
“In the recordings, Barry said of her brother: “All he wants to do is appeal to his base. He has no principles. None. His goddamned tweeting and lying... oh my God. I’m talking too freely, but you know. The change of stories. The lack of preparation. The lying. Holy shit.” She added that her brother did not read books and had someone take the college entrance exam in his place. She said, “It’s the phoniness of it all. It’s the phoniness and this cruelty. Donald is cruel.”[8] In the recordings, Barry also criticized the Trump administration family separation policy and previous bankruptcies of Trump’s businesses, adding, “You can’t trust him.”[8][28][29]”
Trump extended the family business and fortune, the other trust fund loser siblings and relatives were envious.
What??? did I just read? Who is this Barry chic?
Trump’s sister,. Her married name is Barry.
Trump’s sister.
In 2016, Hon Maryanne Trump Barry gave $4 million to Fairfield U, Conn, a Catholic institution, in honor of the university’s president, Fr. Arx. The donation was given to endow the university’s “Center for Ignatian Spirituality.”
“Ignatian spirituality,” similar in most aspects to, but distinct from Jesuit spirituality, is a Catholic spirituality founded on the experiences of the 16th-century Spanish Saint Ignatius of Loyola, founder of the Jesuit order.
The main idea of this form of spirituality comes from Ignatius’s Spiritual Exercises, the aim of which is to help one “conquer oneself and to regulate one’s life in such a way that no decision is made under the influence of any inordinate attachment.”
The Exercises are intended to give the person undertaking them a greater degree of freedom from his or her own likes and dislikes, so that their choices are based solely on what they discern God’s will is for them.
Even in the composition of the exercises by Ignatius early in his career, one might find the apostolic thrust of his spirituality in his contemplation on “The Call of the Earthly King” and in his final contemplation with its focus on finding God in all things.
No, but she also didn’t like him.
Ah OK, thanks.
