There’s trouble in Fulton County, Georgia as two high-powered criminal defense attorneys have suddenly filed a motion to withdraw from a 2020 election case. Criminal Defense Attorneys Donald F. Samuel and Amanda R. Clark Palmer have motioned to withdraw themselves from the Favorito v. Wan case, according to the motion.
Rasmussen speculated that the lawyers reportedly motioning to withdraw may have something to do with “missing” mail ballots.
“These 150,000 still secret 2020 unfolded mail ballots with the perfect ovals protected by court order for 3 years may have gone missing, and the county’s lawyers have just quit,” Rasmussen posted on X.

It is not clear why the lawyers are withdrawing from the case. Becker News has reached out to the law firm Garland, Samuel and Loeb for comment and will update accordingly.
Human Events, however, had earlier reported on the 147,000 mail-in ballots controversy:
Fulton County poll manager Suzi Voyles was sorting through a large stack of mail-in ballots last November when she noticed something odd: several ballots marked for Joe Biden were extremely similar.
One after another, the votes contained perfectly filled ovals for Biden. What’s more, each of the bubbles boasted an identical white void inside them in the shape of a tiny crescent, indicating they’d been marked with toner ink instead of a pen or pencil, per the Epoch Times.
Voyles also noticed that all of the ballots were printed on different paper than the others she’d counted and none were folded or creased, which is standard for mail-in ballots as they come from envelopes.
“All of them were strangely pristine,” Voyles said. She noted that she’d never seen anything like it in her 20 years monitoring elections in Fulton County.
All but three of the 110 ballots in the stack – which had been labeled “State Farm Arena” – were marked for Biden and appeared to be “identical ballots.”
After Voyles came forward, she was fired as a poll manager by the Fulton County Department of Elections.
“I got the boot for speaking the truth,” she said.
At least three other poll workers observed the same thing.
These election watchdogs have used their sworn affidavits to help convince a state judge to unseal all of the 147,000 mail-in ballots in Fulton and allow for a closer inspection. They argue that potentially tens of thousands may have been manufactured in a race that Biden won by just 12,000 votes.

Surprise, they are from Phoenix Az.
but they’re taking Trump to court...
So, who were Criminal Defense Attorneys Donald F. Samuel and Amanda R. Clark Palmer representing? Were they attorneys for the state/county/city?
The rats are jumping ship..the truth is going to come out that Trump really did win Georgia
I guess they mean good guys’ ballots went down and made others’ ballots increase by comparison.
Saying: Two ways for you to have the tallest building in town.
One, build another new one taller than your rival’s.
Two, in the middle of the night blow up the rival’s building and yours will now be the tallest when the sun comes up.
I wonder how many of these fake ballots were cast by dead people.
Another question to be asked is whether these ballots also contained votes for the senate. Not one but two republicans were ahead but did not have 50% , leading to the runoff that democrats eventually won.
Thx for some good news!
Most by the same person
This is completely outrageous !
If they were never creased, then they were never mailed. That means they were never issued to - or cast by - ANY registered voter, live or dead.
I don’t know where people like Kemp even come from. What a sellout.
I am sure anyone that doesn’t agree with Trump is scum to you
“I am sure anyone that doesn’t agree with Trump is scum to you.”
You’re sure of nothing.
But you’re sure full of a lot of stuff.
For those unfamiliar…
Fulton County, Georgia Favorito v. Wan was a lawsuit filed by several Fulton County voters in October 2021, alleging that the county committed fraud in how it tallied votes in the 2020 presidential election. The plaintiffs sought to unseal ballots and other election records in order to prove their claims.
The case was dismissed by a Henry County Superior Court judge in October 2021, but the Georgia Court of of Appeals revived it in May 2023, finding that the plaintiffs had standing to sue. The case was then remanded to the Superior Court for further proceedings.
I’m not sure what the implications of withdrawal of these two defense attorneys will be for this case.
The Devil went down to Fulton County Georgia.
That’s how LBJ won the primary election for Senate in Texas (when winning the Democrat primary guaranteed a victory in the general election). Initially he lost by more than 100 votes but then 201 ballots were found in one county giving him a victory by 87 votes. Landslide Lyndon. The voters who cast those ballots had voted in alphabetical order. But a maid “accidentally” threw the ballots away so the matter could not be investigated any further.
“It is not clear why the lawyers are withdrawing from the case”.
Should they be left “off the hook”?
