New polling confirms that President Joe Biden is losing young voters at an accelerating rate and, as a result, Republican frontrunner Donald Trump holds an edge in five battleground states.

The polls, conducted by the New York Times and Siena College, found that the tide has turned in five states that voted for Biden in the 2020 election, as Trump now leads by 10 points in Nevada, six in Georgia, five in Arizona, five in Michigan and four in Pennsylvania. Biden maintains a two-point lead in Wisconsin.

I completely agree. Biden’s only job now is to take the hits.

Biden will sweep the primaries, as he has no real opposition there. Then at the convention he’ll withdraw for “health reasons”. Biden’s delegates will become free agents. And they’ll pick Newsom? Michelle? Hillary?

Gen-Z are the most racially/ethnically diverse generation in America. Only 52% identify as non-Hispanic white. And they're conditioned to see everything through the lens of racism. So when they see Palestinians, they see fellow oppressed brown people. When they see Israelis, they see white people in positions of power and authority.

You make a fair point, Jim. But I still think the plantation analogy is a good one.

Yes, there are advantages for blacks when the Democrats are in power. But handouts are only short-term solutions. Handouts don’t build anything long-term.

Trump (but not the GOPe) wanted to change all that. Trump wanted to bring industry back to America. That would have meant thousands of good jobs in the inner cities.

To apply an old saying:

Democrats want to give black folks a fish.
Trump wants to teach black folks how to fish.

It is a real tragedy that most blacks cannot see this.

Someone said this very thing to me today.

The irony is that for the past 30+ years, American liberal Boomer Jews holding power in academia and the media have largely pushed this ideology amongst younger Americans.

They're now waking up to the reality that they are viewed alongside WASPs as white oppressors themselves. That special exemption they enjoyed in the racial hierarchy no longer exists.
