Netflix’s Nyad star Annette Bening has spoken out in favor of sex change procedures for children, claiming that parents who allow such procedures simply want “what is best” for their child.
Annette Bening, who has a transgender “son,” spoke over the weekend at a fundraiser in Los Angeles for The Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network– or GLSEN, an LGBTQ youth organization that in recent years has been actively promoting transgenderism in children.
During the event, Bening told a story about a friend with a transgender child who until recently lived in Texas, but who decided to move to California, according to a report of the event from The Hollywood Reporter.

Hollywood idiots will get canceled if they came out against transgender procedures. So they are expected to toe the line on these and other issues, and lecture the rest of us.

How do we Define doing what’s best for your child?
Maybe doing what’s best for a child would be to counsel him or her, that they are indeed male or female , as the case may be.
I’ve heard that about 70% of these transgender youth grow out of that, and as adults are happy with their biological sex. So it would seem that we should not be doing surgery on the vast majority of these kids who claim to have gender dysphoria.
And who better to opine on mental health than a Hollywoood liberal?

I’, sure she’s talking about the parents in places like Kalifornia who risk arrest for attempt to stop the gender mutilation of their children
Sick. Child abuse to cut your child like that. I wouldn’t let my child get a tatoo until 18, I sure as hell am not going to give them puberty blockers or cut off their penis or their breasts.

Such “care” takes girls who are experiencing difficulty transitioning to womanhood, and boys who are experiencing difficulty dealing with their homosexuality, and brutalizes them under the name of science and medicine.
