In an appearance Tuesday morning on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, Republican presidential candidate Chris Christie said the news that Mark Meadows, Donald Trump’s former White House chief of staff, had been granted immunity for grand jury testimony is a “deadly” development for Trump.
“You don’t give Mark Meadows immunity unless the evidence he has is unimpeachable,” Christie said. “I want all Republican voters to understand this. What’s going to be happening in March? He’s going to be sitting in a courtroom in Washington, D.C., with Mark Meadows 20 feet away from him saying he committed crimes in front of me on my watch.”

It's already a given that President Trump will be convicted. Several laughable “trials” that will all be eventually dismissed on appeal after conviction in any of them.
This was always a given from the beginning of this nonsense. The only question is when.
KrispyKreme is simply laying the groundwork for the eventual calls that will be going out for one of the runner ups to take over once the conviction(s) happen. Currently, that would be Haley, heaven forbid.

Back in the Bridgegate day every pundit on MSNBC said Christie was going to be convicted for engineering the traffic jam. He doesn’t have the self awareness to see he now condemns Trump from the seat that condemed we him.
