Spent the entire month of June in the va hospital. Again (second year in a row). And then 4 1/2 months in a skilled nursing rehab facility. Solved some of the medical issues but I'm still under the weather. Arms and hands still extremely weak. Still in bed for most of my time. Still can't sit in my powerchair very long. Still can't feed myself, etc. Still can't type. Still using voice recognition software to enter posts, etc. Very slow.
Our big problem right now is Chris is overwhelmed and stressed out. We're now looking for a full-time, live-in 24/7 caregiver. We can offer a salary plus room and board to the right person.
So basically, I've been in bed now for a year and a half And I've lost most of my strength. It's gonna take a lot of therapy To get me back on my feet. Still praying for miracles.
Thank you all very much for your continuing prayers and support. God bless.
Amen. Thank you very much and God bless you, lightman.

These Saints were from Asia (that is, Asia Minor). After the death of their father, their Christ-loving mother Theodota reared them in piety and in all manner of virtue, and had them instructed in every science, especially that of medicine. This became their vocation, and they went about healing every illness and malady, bestowing healing freely on both men and beasts alike; because of this, they are called "Unmercenaries." And thus, having completed the course of their life, they reposed in peace.

O glorious, wonderworking physicians, having received the grace of healing, you reach out and restore health to those in need. But also, by your visitation you cast down the arrogance of the enemy, healing the world through miracles.
Lifting you up in prayer along with your family. God bless you.
Thank you very much, Mark. Greatly appreciated.

My prayers for you, Jim. I found you on “Whitewater” 25 years ago and have been fortunate to receive the information and camaraderie here. I appreciated the kind words given me when I lost my wife to suicide 22 years ago here and the help from posters at that time. May the Good Lord revive and heal you you and take away your suffering and pain. Thank you.
Prayers sent.
Good luck and wishes for a speedy recovery.
