They’ll later develop a stand alone Ukraine bill...with a lower number...a bunch of “safeguards” and “accounting demands” etc.

There will also be a separate DOD “replenishment” bill to replace all the equipment sent to Ukraine...

DOD replenishment is certain to pass, easily.

The Ukraine bill will be a challenge, at least.

Interesting thanks for that Mariner.

We will have them on the record too specifically on Ukraine.

They absolutely did not want this....

There is a bill in the Senate "Secure the Border Act"...which was passed by the House under McCarthy. It's VERY comprehensive and the best chance to get control of our border again.

I believe the house has already told the Whitehouse...act on this before any more for Ukraine.

As it should be. There will be no cover for congresscritters to claim that they ‘Didn’t want to fund Ukraine, but Israel needed support so I voted for the bill.”

Bills other than the national budget and defense budget should be single issue bills both for clarity and so people can’t weasel out of responsibility with excuses like the above.
