Antisemitic incidents in the United States rose by about 400% in slightly over two weeks since war broke out in the Middle East after Palestinian Islamist group Hamas attacked Israel on Oct. 7, advocacy group Anti-Defamation League (ADL) said Wednesday.

The advocacy group's data - which showed a 388% rise in antisemitic incidents in the U.S. between Oct. 7 and Oct. 23 over the prior year - comes amid monitoring by American authorities of domestic threats due to the conflict.
THE NUMBERS
The ADL Center on Extremism said preliminary data showed 312 reported U.S. antisemitic incidents from Oct. 7 to Oct. 23, including harassment, vandalism and assault.

The ADL has been saying that white supremacist attacks are up, which intimates it is right wingers.
But the pro Palestinian/Hamas “protests” and the violence that has accompanied has been distinctly left wing. What I’ve seen from Minnesota, NYC and Chicago sure dont look like neo Nazis or right wingers.
It looks a lot like the Antifa crowd.
My son said there was a pro Palestinian protest at Georgia Tech today, but they were all “skinny pasty white DSA jerks.”
He thought their preprinted signs looked a lot like what he’s seen from all over the country.

The ADL themselves are some of the worst anti-Semites. It is an organization filled with self-hating Jews who despise Israel (example: Rob Reiner, Blanch Behar, Sean Penn). /spit

I’m not exactly Jewish, but I grew up with a Jewish stepdad, half brother and converted mother. My wife is Jewish as are my children.
I only go to Temple for services and everyone I know considers me to be Jewish.
So I say this as someone steeped in American Judaism.
The ADL is a left wing tool to bludgeon causes and people that they disagree with. It’s run by a former Obama staffer. They don’t point out anti semitism. They point out anti leftism.

Meanwhile KJP can answer a question about antisemitism with a discourse about hatred towards Muslims and the ADLs response on Twitter is that it was “confusing.”
