For years we have seen good looking Israeli women in uniform. It’s not propaganda—they exist.
Of course they exist. I saw plenty of them walking around during the two times I visited Israel. Most do not look the least bit Russian or Ukrainian, either. Dark hair, dark eyes, olive skin.
They exist. And must survive shameless abuse by senior males, as anyone realistic might expect. Percentage-wise, only a few wealthy countries can afford the luxury of such ‘purple cows’.
Anyone remember the story of young draftee girls being pimped out to terrorist prisoners in order to help keep terrorist prisoners calm? Not surprising that the toughness of some females would come out. What was their alternative?
Are you sure? Positive? Or are you just guessing? They all look Eastern European or Russian to me. You can hire one for $500 and get all you want to include a picture of them posing as IDF. It all comes down to optics and eye appeal. Although the disclaimer is they rarely bathe and stink a little but nothing a pocket of quarters and a good car wash will not cure.
There are plenty of female Israeli soldiers, but even the article said that the 13-woman unit was supported by Shayetet 13.
This reminds me of the propaganda that was spread last year about an all LGBTQ-battalion in Ukraine who wore a unicorn patch as their insignia. This type of reporting is designed to a) humiliate Muslims b) gain support of social justice leftists in the West who see the military (and now military interventionism) as social cause.
