The truth is that they had Jesus crucified (Pilot didn’t want to do that). When you kill someones prophet and in this case the son of God, that generally does not make you popular among those people.

That is also one of the reasons why every Inquisition got rid of them. In fact, one of the first recorded wide spread mass murdering of Jews in Europe was at the hands of the Francs, during the first Crusade. Many Jews themselves believe that they are being punished for a reason (there is scriptural basis for it).
The Jews have their own distinct culture, they are their own people, and they never integrated in the societies where they were (Italy, Spain, France, Germany, England). So they always stuck out in language, dress, religion and social rites...

In this bubble people are so far removed from reality, that people don’t even know why the Jews have always been targeted.
We proclaim homosexuality as natural, and we have movies with lots of African American knights, where the daughter of two Greeks is black (Cleopatra). We have 120 lbs female action heroes that beat up 240 lbs men all day long... In America we even rewrite the Bible in gender neutral language, have female priests, open communion, gay weddings, and folks like Darby (Baptists), and Joseph Smith (Mormons) come up with their all new interpretation of things.
Along those lines, starting in the 1860s with the rise of the Baptists, the Jew which were also disliked in the US up until then, began to take on a new role. But you need to realize, in America we even rewrite our own history since Jews were disliked all the way until the early 1900s among the social elite, political class, etc! Lindbergh, Ford... all known anti-Semites. Post WWII and Holocaust, with a plethora of movies (Hollywood is heavily Jewish influenced) and the teaching of the plight of these people..., no one wants to publicly be an anti-Semite today, not in the West, but the core truths of why this once was so common is as true today as it was in the past.

Just wow...The Romans killed Jesus. Why do you say Pilot didn’t want to kill him? Really? Is that your feeling, or did you read that somewhere? Pilot looked at him as an instigator and a risk for rebellion. but, alas, you are stating the record as it has been presented since 326 a.d., so you are making the case why so many folks are anti-semitic. And the Romans didn’t stop with Jesus or the Jews. They killed as many Christians as Jews until the modern church formed in 326. I do have a question for you though. If God canceled his covenant with gentiles because of Jesus, then what makes you think that your covenant through Jesus is valid? However, you do use sources that are noted for their anti-semitism: Reuters, Wikipedia, christianity.com, and my favorite, Daily Mail. No wonder the world is anti-semitic. Christians have killed far more Jews that Muslims ever did. In any war. In any peace.
