Good Lord.
This is a political witchhunt. Not a trial based on evidence. When you're up against a (Democrat) political machine-controlled system and prosecutor, smarts isn't even part of the equation.
Didn't you know that?

Selective persecution.
A while back, it may have been on a Tucker episode, he showed tape of the covid Dr. Deborah Brix stating “We new the covid vaccines would never work.”
I said wow, she's going to be prosecuted for that.
You can't even find that video on line now.
The American Judicial system at its best.

There’s a lot of defendants in this one. I think Powell’s testimony will implicate Cathy Latham.
Will Latham talk? If she does, will she implicate someone higher up?
And so on?

Here's the deal Sidney got. Hard to turn this kind of deal down...and hard to think you could do better by going to court.
Under the terms of the deal, Powell admitted she conspired to breach the election systems in Coffee County, Georgia. She recorded a proffer video with prosecutors that described the crimes and she agreed to testify at future cases. She also wrote an apology letter to citizens of Georgia and agreed to pay almost $9,000 in fines. Source: The Atlantic

Small point: Mackey was convicted in March. He was sentenced yesterday.

She lost her credibility permanently when she got on Tucker Carlson’s show and refused to explain what any of this nonsense even meant.
“I’ll be revealing this at the appropriate time” is the wrong answer to give when you’re a lawyer being interviewed on a topic and there isn’t any legal proceeding going on that would require you to maintain any kind of confidentiality.
Yep. She was given a forum and provided no evidence to a sympathetic audience.

After listening to what Sidney Powell, Michael Flynn and Mike Lindell had to say about the “election steal” after Election Day in 2020, Trump and his campaign team made the wise decision not to hire her.
OK. That’s what I recalled as well.

"Excellent point about all the people who are compromised. There isn’t a deep bench of uncompromised, is there? What person in his or her right mind would want to go into that meat grinder to be destroyed and ruined?"Hence our nation is dead.
The Constitution means nothing.
We are a third world, corruption riddled joke.

Ahh, how typical. “Mental Illness” for pointing out what a horrible client Trump would be to any law firm? You disagree? Please Perry Mason... let me know where I’m wrong.
