New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) warned city residents to beware of “lone wolves” in the wake of the deadly attacks on Israel by the Palestinian militant group Hamas over the weekend.

Adams said at a press conference Tuesday alongside city officials that law enforcement will be monitoring social media sites for threats against religious communities as the fighting in Israel and Gaza continues. He said statements posted on social media platforms may exacerbate the issue, noting that “lone wolves” could be radicalized online.

However, when I hear these warnings, I worry more about the government using something to take away more freedoms from Americans rather than going after those who truly wish to harm us. If they were really concerned about “lone wolves”, our border wouldn’t be wide open. You can tell by the fact they are protecting mosques rather than our border.

I feel I live in a pretty safe area....I shop at only a handful of stores and none are inner city....we don't go to bars anymore and movies rarely....when I go someplace, I go with purpose, I don't meander.....

I feel that the inner city demonics could take advantage and attack many people that live or work there.....
