“Down the road, more teachers aching to get out of public schools”
My sister retired last year after teaching math for almost 50 years. She says almost everybody wants out of public schools. These days average stay in a teaching “career” is a few short years as opposed to decades. She says that young people are so starry-eyed when they first teach, the the enormous burden of ten times to many “administrators” combined with the marxist and racist curriculum kills everybody’s enthusiasm.
