I fear our military getting involved because it would almost surely be to establish a ceasefire line well into Israel and announce that violators from either side will be shot then ignoring Hamas infiltrators or even giving them advice about best paths.

Scratch a Muslim, uncover a fascist fanatic. All this chatter of who funded who, how’d they get away with training and planning for this action for so long, all that DOES NOT MATTER now, it’s irrelevant and people are focused on the wrong thing.
It’ll be years to clean this mess up and Israel won’t be able to rely on the current administration for meaningful help.
