I also have "Test Alerts" (iOS 17 specific?) & "Amber Alerts" turned off.
We'll see at 2:20p on 10/4 if that does the trick, or will it get pushed thru anyway.

Re: 41 - apparently this test can’t be opted out via those settings.
So it’s put in Airplane mode, or off, or etc.
