That would be great, except, like it or not, the Speaker has to be able to wheel and deal in the swamp. Very few swamp monsters would cooperate with Trump. Is there ANYONE in the House who has a backbone AND is honest? Or someone not in the House, like Tulsi Gabbard or perhaps Mark Levin. Someone smart, tough and honest.
Trump would have trouble as Speaker even with people who liked and supported him.
I’m a solid Trump supporter, but I know my man. He’s good at many things, but the qualities necessary to the Speaker’s job just aren’t in him. He’d alienate a lot of the people the position required him to schmooze. It would be a mess.
If you recommend Tulsi Gabbard who is a pro abortion, gun grabber, then you are not a conservative. ANYONE who does not support the 2nd amendment 100%, is against the constitution. It’s there to protect us from politicians, not for hunting ducks.
