Internal Revenue Section 7213(a)(1) states that it is a criminal offense for any officer or employee of the United States to willfully disclose tax return information to any person not authorized to receive it. Violation of this provision is a felony, and upon conviction, the individual can be fined up to $5,000 or imprisoned for up to 5 years, or both, along with the costs of prosecution.

Surprise, surprise, surprise. He belongs to the race of professional victims, affirmative action hire for the predominantly black IRS, and wishes whites in concentration camps. Whites are ignoring the obvious illegal actions of the so called privileged minority and will suffer the consequences in the future.

If this is a real investigation rather than a cover-up, then a shorter sentence could mean that some sort of plea deal was worked out that could implicate others. Mind you, the odds of that happening are below 50%, for sure, given the corruption in the District of Criminals.
