What should be done is getting the state allocate funds to move a good part of the Guard into the state militia, free of any Federal control. Or they could ask for volunteers among the many veterans living in Texas.
I lived in Texas on and off over the past 40 years. I still have family there.
Wish they would do the same with the LGBT and BLM flags. Even the all-muslim city council in Hamtramck is getting blowback from outlawing the “pride” flag.

Just about every ethic immigrant group — legal or otherwise — flies the flag of the country from where that came. Here, in the northeast, I still see the Italian and Irish flags, even though the people flying the flags are second, third, and fourth generation American. Lots of Ukrainian flags also.

Texas has a National Guard and a state militia, but they are not the same. I believe the National Guard has to be paid for by the state when the governor calls them out. So the state is already paying. But under the National Guard Act they are still Federal troops. All I’m saying is that if Texas is paying for them anyway, they should ask them to move over to the state militia, which cannot be Federalized.
If we could get most of the governors to declare those thousands of military illegals as an invasion Abbott could activate the National Guard. It is an invasion.
But you know Biden and Demx and most media would call for action against the Texas Guard defending our borders.

Short answer: yes. If we don't stop this, the regime will turn the US into Brazil with snow. And "this" is an out-of-control, illegitimate government that is breaking the law.
So the real question is, Are there enough Federal soldiers willing to shoot Americans to force illegal immigration? If the answer is "no" the regime is forced to back down or even collapses. If "yes" then we will have a civil war that is inevitable under these condition anyway.

I do not disagree. MY greatest concern is Demx stealing elections. We know they did. We know they will try. Even here in Texas we have evidence they cheated and know they will try again.
I think/hope enough will vote to overcome the new ways they will cheat. Then maybe we can slow down illegals. There are already so many it may be too late. The Hispanics here in Texas are as against illegals as anyone.
