Yes I think Biden and Demx would send either the Guard or military(or maybe the armed IRS agents).
The Guard is already undermining Abbott’s efforts to stop illegals.

I wouldn't be surprised if Guard officers are trying to sabotage even Abbot's limited efforts. The culture of brown-nosing opportunism in the US military is firmly entrenched, so paying attention to what the communists in DC want is far more important to many of them than their nominal local commander, the governor.

What should be done is getting the state allocate funds to move a good part of the Guard into the state militia, free of any Federal control. Or they could ask for volunteers among the many veterans living in Texas.

I lived in Texas on and off over the past 40 years. I still have family there.
