You can’t move anyone from the Texas Army National guard or Texas Aur Force National guard into the Texas State Guard. They are bith under federal control.

It is a horrible situation. It is easy to say what should be done when you have no facts.
Texas has a National Guard and a state militia, but they are not the same. I believe the National Guard has to be paid for by the state when the governor calls them out. So the state is already paying. But under the National Guard Act they are still Federal troops. All I’m saying is that if Texas is paying for them anyway, they should ask them to move over to the state militia, which cannot be Federalized.

You have been listening to the anti-gunners that want to say the Militia is the National and State Guards so they can say that WE THE PEOPLE CAN NOT BE THE MILITIA AND THEREFORE HAVE NO "RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS" AS STATED IN THE 2ndAmendment of the United States Constitution.
