YouTube has blocked Russell Brand from making money off its platform in the wake of rape and sexual assault allegations against the comedian and actor.
The online platform said in a statement Tuesday that it had “suspended monetization” on Brand‘s channel for violating its “creator responsibility policy.”

2022- brand becomes red pilled on some issues especially on Covid lockdowns, big pharma, and against the war in Ukraine Brand starts a daily Live show on Rumble video
2022- British media suddenly seek out women from brands past ( source Glenn greenwald)
2023- brand has over 6 million YouTube subscribers and 1.3 million rumble subs
2023- he goes on a us tour appearing on places like Joe Rogan show
2023 - he had tucker Carlson on his Rumble show with millions of viewers and is becoming more popular
Sept 2023- British media release the hit piece
- the police says no women have come forward so far but encourage them to do so
- British politicians demand police investigation into Brand
- his sponsors cancel his comedy tour
- YouTube demonetized his channel costing him big bucks
Number of guilty verdicts against Brand = zero
Number of open court cases= zero
Number of official police investigations so far = zero
Times Brand talked about wrong think = too many for the establishment
Guilty until proven Innocent.
We are in a bad place.
So ...if after the trial...if found not guilty...
Can he sue YouTube for acting without cause on “allegations.”
I mean really, this is what needs to happen with these social media platforms. They need to start being sued. There are plenty of laws and contract lawyers out there that can handle what may amount to defamation and/or slander.
And yes, go after the deep pockets of social media platforms.

If you are a public person, who has a large audience on YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, or some other social media platform, if you engage in wrong think and have any skeletons in your past, you can be assured it will come out, if you have lived a clean life, scandals will be made up trying to discredit and demonetize your platform silencing you in the process.
Hopefully platforms like Rumble and Twitter will continue to step up by allowing some degree of free speech without the fear of getting shut down.
I hope this sends millions of people to Rumble.

Russell Brand demonetized on YouTube. And the new rule has been implemented: You will now get demonetized on YouTube if your off-platform behaviour “harms” its “ecosystem”.
I’m sure this economic censorship is going to be used only with extreme parsimony, and will never be politically weaponized.

I just read that summary to my wife, and about 2/3rds of the way through she comments that you know you’re going to get some attention whore(s) to come forward just for the exposure, at this point.
I’d add that they may have even once had sexual relations with Brand, given his history and body count. But so what?
