As an analogy, the left plays up the "systemic" white-on-black murders as a reason to defund the police and such. But those make up a very small portion of murders -- thus the end result of their mantra is more violent crime in all racial combinations.
The same with the mantra of justifying abortion for rape when it's less than 1% of abortions. Ain't 67 million abortions in 50 years enough for you? That's literally 11 times the # of Holocaust victims!!!
That being said, abortion is now a state issue which is where it belongs. Any talk about banning it federally is unconstitutional. At the state level I'd be all for banning abortion and, if the baby is adopted, requiring both the sperm donor and egg donor pay child payments to the foster home/orphanage. That would greatly reduce the # of unplanned pregnancies.
What on earth has that to do with abortions? Or are you one of those with a huge poster of Margaret Sanger on his/her/its wall because she killed the “right” kind of baby?
