This appears, at first glance, to be completely illegal. The Federal agencies under Biden are becoming unbound. Corruption reigns.

I wonder if GOA could amend their lawsuit. In light of continual and intentional violations of the law, couldn't GOA file a civil RICO against ATF? Also, since small gun store owners and their employees are losing employment because of the illegal actions of the ATF could they file civilly for violations of civil rights under color of authority, and go after the violators personally? It is beyond the scope of duties for an officer to intentionally violate the law in performance of his duties, and that should subject him personally to civil penalties.
I wish also that a cease and desist order could be levied against the ATF until such time as it could prove to the courts that its officer fully understand their duties and that disciplinary action will be taken for any further violations.

The punishment upon conviction for crimes such as the ATF committed should include flogging.

Where are the House Republicans on this? Writing letters, I’m sure.

Jack booted thugs...along with the DOJ, IRS and FBI, the ATF is out of control.

They will do this as long as it’s tolerated. No push back from the politicians paid to protect our rights. They push to see what happens. When nothing happens they push more.

These statutes seem to have no problem sending citizens to prison for breaking the laws, but fail to send bureaucrats to prison for breaking the laws.
This must be fixed.

Need to put an end to “Qualified Immunity.” This “legal doctrine” is a fabrication.
Government officials performing “discretionary (optional) functions” should bear the liability for their actions in a civil suit, NOT the taxpayers.
Make the results personally financially ruinous to the government employee and they will be far less zealous and ambitious in treading on the law and the rights of others.

Once upon a time, our duly elected Republican Congress would be there to right this wrong. Because of their incompetence, once must ask whether or not communists ran as Republicans in order to destroy the party.
