I wonder if GOA could amend their lawsuit. In light of continual and intentional violations of the law, couldn't GOA file a civil RICO against ATF? Also, since small gun store owners and their employees are losing employment because of the illegal actions of the ATF could they file civilly for violations of civil rights under color of authority, and go after the violators personally? It is beyond the scope of duties for an officer to intentionally violate the law in performance of his duties, and that should subject him personally to civil penalties.

I wish also that a cease and desist order could be levied against the ATF until such time as it could prove to the courts that its officer fully understand their duties and that disciplinary action will be taken for any further violations.

Might not hurt to throw a “sternly worded letter “ in there somewhere too.
