A new filing by DOJ prosecutors on Tuesday claimed that a key Mar-a-Lago witness flipped on Trump..."Trump Employee 4" had initially been represented by a lawyer paid for by a Trump political action committee...He retracted testimony after switching counsel, implicating Trump in charges, prosecutors said.

Say “incentivised witness” three times fast.
> He retracted testimony
So either he lied then or is lying now. Either way he’s a liar.
So he doesn't know what "his truth" is yet, depends on who is funding his lawyer.
I’m not going to give msn a click.
How do we know what testimony this person has given. That is, what has this person alleged while under oath and how do we know what is being reported is the same information?
Will this person be in legal trouble for lying while under oath.
Who is paying for this person’s new legal representation.
Can we apply the same rules to the people who are hiding and deleting Jan 6 security videos?
He must have been paid a bundle of money to change testimony.

FBI agent: How much is 1+1?
Citizen: 1+1 = 2
FBI agent: You’re going to jail for 15 years unless you say 3.
Citizen: 1+1 = 3
BTTT
Exactly.
Give us new corrected testimony or we’ll charge you personally with perjury.
This is the greatest risk in all these indictments. DOJ and others are casting wide nets and indicting everyone who even passed Trump on the street. They only have to get one or two who’ll decide they’ll say what they need to say to not go to prison. Some of these lower-level people, like this guy, aren’t going to fall on their swords like everybody did for the Clintons over the years. Most of this stuff is pure baloney, but it only takes one person who sounds convincing after sufficient coaching to get a guilty verdict. Especially considering where the cases are being tried and who makes up the jury pool.
I expect them to start going after Trump’s attorneys pretty soon. Hinting at disbarment, loss of clients, etc. Leaving him with no representation.
They are not going to stop until he’s in jail. Don’t be surprised if others all of a sudden in NY and Georgia have come to Jesus moments, see the error of their ways and turn state’s evidence.
Aaaaaaaaaaand...
His previous lawyer is now on the prosecutor’s witness list.
Exactly. The old, “Were you lying then, or are you lying now” “So you are telling the court that you are an admitted liar”.
Maybe he was blinking “T-O-R-T-U-R-E” when he was testifying.
I guess the check cleared.
Refresh your memory or say goodbye to your life and hello to bankruptcy.
My bet the DOJ did some digging, found something in his or his family’s “closet” and pressured the guy into flipping.
Most likely.
How can we be certain that “reports” are truthful?
