ritain’s top demographics expert has said the falling number of babies born in Britain is a “good thing” after new data showed the number of births had hit a 20-year low.
Professor Sarah Harper CBE, founder and director of the Oxford Institute of Population Ageing and a former government adviser, said falling birth rates in the West were “good for… our planet”.
Her comments came after official figures from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) showed there were 605,479 live births in England and Wales last year, the lowest number since 2002.
The total was down 3.1pc compared to 2021 and is part of a long-term decline in the number of births across Britain and the developed world.
Prof Harper told the Telegraph: “I think it’s a good thing that the high-income, high-consuming countries of the world are reducing the number of children that they’re having. I’m quite positive about that.”

I have a friend that’s super concerned about declining birth rates. I think it will be easily corrected. For one thing the desire to procreate is the most powerful instinct we have next to hunger. Also world population grew from less than two billion to over eight billion in one human lifetime, less than 100 years. I believe it will be fine. Maybe give married couples incentives to have families, tax breaks like Hungary does for example. They reversed their declining population trend.

You noticed that too. It’s ONLY good when whites aren’t reproducing. We never hear about “there are too many black babies and that’s bad for the planet” stories. The people pushing this crap are the ones that produce nothing, accomplish nothing, and have cultures that celebrate violence and poverty. They HATE seeing the accomplishments of white civilization and rather than build they can only destroy.
I dunno. White people have no restrictions on producing children unless they live in China.

Muslims can have 4 wives authorized in Koran. That makes it easier to produce more kids. There are built in baby-sitters in house, more women to help new mom, more cooks in the house, and more welfare money coming in due to family size.
You can put 25,000 whites from all walks of life into the crappiest, landlocked country in Africa - Chad or Niger - and within a decade that country would be the most prosperous nation in Africa, assuming if the blacks were not allowed to live among them.

I think productivity is more about culture than race.

Muslim birth rate is down. The only places where the birth rate is still very high is Africa and Afghanistan.
