It’s the first lesson of white-collar prosecution 101 — yet there are serious questions whether David Weiss, the recently appointed “special prosecutor” in charge of the Hunter Biden corruption probe, performed that simple task.
If Weiss failed, it could be a greater crime than anything Donald Trump has done. In fact, white-collar attorneys tell me it suggests one of the biggest coverups since Watergate at the highest levels of the US government.
The most damaging stuff on Hunter’s laptop weren’t all those photos of Hunter doing drugs and hanging out naked with hookers.
Instead, it’s the paper trail of his manifold business entities that served as vehicles for his influence-peddling with shady foreign partners.
Hunter made a lot of money representing himself to these people as an expert in oil or whatever else he was touting.
As we all know, his real value was his last name and access to one of the most powerful people in the world, his dad, Sleepy Joe Biden.
It should be a prosecutor’s wet dream: The target, a ne’er-do-well son of a big-name politician, is running a string of suspicious, multimillion-dollar outfits and taking in bundles of cash from China, Ukraine, Russia and God knows where else.

But if it is ignored by the regime or consistently denied there is no recourse. The FBI and CIA and probably all Intels are wholly owned subsidiaries of the Democrat Party. The USC can be ignored with no consequence to the Party and will be restocked when the Regime feels secure after successfully manipulating the 2024 vote count. There is no reason for the wholesale cheating to not reach down to state and local levels now. They know the techniques and AI is refining them and there is no real opposition. I am expecting a blowout Democrat “win” up and down the ballot in most states.

When the Justice Department is Party controlled and its primary duty is protecting the Regime and neutralizing “enemies,” Biden officials don’t have to do anything or show up anywhere they deem to be unproductive for the Party. The Courts and the House have no enforcement powers beyond Contempt proceedings for which he Party has contempt. After the next election I expect that certain House members will be arrested or have fatal accidents. Judges don’t even need that treatment. They just become a noise off stage.
Technically no. Treason is specific for war enemies and probably would require a Declared War. Democrats have been selling off our secrets to China since Clinton. That is why China has advanced technologically so fast. They have stolen a lot through their myriad plants in the Intels and DoD but the most serious breaches are Clintons sale of MIRV tech to China and Biden’s sale of strategic entry of China into US markets and real estate. And all of those male military aged Chinese “refugees” flooding across the border with the detritus of the rest of the world are met with high fives. Biden knows his life is almost over. If anyone thinks that the Biden’s are smart enough to come up with this and pull it off, I’ve got some ocean front property in Arizona to sell you. Hell, Soetero isn’t this smart. He’s a stooge as well, but he has an impenetrable wall around him.
But, even a casual observer can see that Biden was never going to get those fat, speaking engagement fees, no crazy book sales, nothing. Only thing he and his family could do was be corrupt and peddle influence.
What influence? He was always the second string, at best. He had no pull. He was either dispatched someplace or came begging for help, as long as their was a tribute paid to the person that had the real influence. Think of him as a really, really dumb mob lieutenant, that the Capo kept on a tight leash. Good enough to generate some money, but nothing else.
