What was Ngo smoking when he filed a lawsuit in a jurisdiction where no conservative can get a fair trial?

How is this not jury tampering?
This is called Marxism. Destruction of personal property in this manner is intimidation of the classic nature. It’s been us d since Lenin’s day.

Standard Antifa tactics are to identify a target, then follow them back to their vehicle, photograph their license plates, then get one of their cronies in LE or the DMV to run the plates and get all their info.
So even if you don’t park nearby where Antifa will be, you need to be aware, they will likely be following you when you leave.
Well, what should be done about it?
If it’s jury tampering, then the judge must declare a mistrial. And if the trial was going well for Ngo, you are essentially then punishing him for the actions of the opposing counsel. So if that’s the solution, then a lawyer might be tempted to engage in that (but maybe stop just shy of what could bring criminal charges) every time they are losing a case.
