All of the indictments should be moved outside of DC to a location more in line with Trump to give him a jury of his peers, not in a 99% Democrat city.
I wonder if Judge Cannon just might be telling both parties and us (the forgotten electoriate) that there will be no lynching, political or otherwise in her courtroom.
Sounds like good cause for summary dismissal of charges against Trump and a criminal prosecution against Smith.
maybe nauta is a throwaway case in the sense that they might have first offered him leniency in return for turning witness against trump, but if so, he might have refused. it sounds as if he is very loyal to trump.

Judge Cannon, whose mother fled communist Cuba, just slammed DOJ for admitting Jack Smith is still using a DC grand jury to investigate alleged crimes that happened in FLA and refused (again) to seal govt motions.

Preemptive move by Cannon.
She does not want to be embarrassed when the issue pops up on appeal, so she publicly tossed the legal responsibility to challenge this onto Trump and his lawyers.

Some one with legal experience please comment. Is the Judge saying that they empowered a DC grand jury, did an investigation, then used the ‘selected’ evidence on another grand jury in Florida? Or did they use a DC grand jury to indict in Florida?
I don’t see how they could do the second, it violates due process.
If they do, she has grounds to dismiss for prosecutorial misconduct and save herself a lot of needless work.
Only problem is it might be for new indictments in DC and New Jersey. She just gave it away. Lol.
Judge Cannon will be indicted by the end of summer for some BS “collusions” or “conspiracy” for daring to do ANYTHING in favor of Trump. Who will stop Merrick and his minions?
