Trump: McConnell freeze-up ‘a sad thing to see’

Former President Trump said it was “a sad thing to see” Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) freeze up at the podium during a press conference and called for new leadership atop the Senate GOP.

“We have to have that,” Trump said when asked whether he wants to see new leadership after McConnell’s freeze-up last week. Trump offered the comments in an interview on Breitbart News that aired Sunday.

Trump said it was “sad” to see McConnell freeze up, while continuing to criticize the way McConnell had led the Senate GOP.

“Well, I thought it was sad. At the same time. I think it’s a shame that he went so far out to give Green New Deal money to Biden and the Democrats,” he said, adding, “But that was too bad. That was actually a sad thing to see. He had a bad fall, I guess and probably after effect of that, but it was also sad that he gave trillions and trillions and trillions of dollars to the Democrats to waste on the green New Deal.”

That depends on what do you call incompetent?
How does a total meat head become Senator?

Otherwise, if they are corrupt arrest them ..seize their assets.. and throw them in jail. I know why that is easier said than done..but man it feels good saying it!

We need age limits, term limits, and mandatory testing.

"Age Limits": Absolutely not!
"term limits" : No
"mandatory testing": Yes!

For the Senate, Repeal the 17th Amendment!
State legislatures couldn’t do worse!

Also, it’s what the Founding Fathers intended. We are now seeing the bad fruit of discarding their wisdom.

For the Senate you wouldn’t need term limits or age limits or testing. Every state legislator, governor, former governor, state grandee would see themselves in that seat! There would be plenty of competition. Also, I am for anything that denationalize Senate campaigns. It’s the state’s business and the business of no one else. People would pay closer attention to their legislature if it was responsible for the Senator. LIKE THEY SHOULD ANYWAY! Do this and I think it could be harder for outsiders with no ties to the state to come in and impose their will to take the seat to preserve their personal political power. Like a Hellary & an RFK did to New York when they grabbed their Senate seats! It used to be that the “political action” was all in the states; being governor was the “plum”. That needs to return!

As far as the House goes, I think we need term limits for the House. make it 5 terms (10 years) with a 2 or 3 term ban before one can return. A continuous decade in DC is enough! Somehow force them to go back and experience the consequences of their governing genius!

Trump knows exactly what happened to Mitch. Here’s a hint MK ultra. Watch the lady in green come out of nowhere from the left side of the screen and tap Mitch on the arm then one more tap and she steps away. He freezes.

I could maybe support mandatory testing. But how would you determine if someone “passed” or not?If they don’t pass, then what should be done with them.

unelected

Indeed some people think Biden planed the 81.000.000 votes at 3:00 and 6:00 am.

The party makes and issues the rules or else.
