Former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani has admitted that he made “false” statements about two Georgia election officials he accused of rigging the 2020 election.
In an overnight court filing signed by Guiliani, Donald Trump’s former personal lawyer conceded that he does not contest the allegations made in a defamation suit brought by Peach State elections workers Ruby Freeman and her daughter Wandrea “Shay” Moss.
“The Defendant Giuliani, for the purposes of this litigation only, does not contest that … such actionable factual statements are false,” the filing, shared by Politico reporter Kyle Cheney, reads.
However, Guiliani, 79, insisted that his statements “did not carry meaning that is defamatory, per se” and that they are “constitutionally protected statements or opinions.”
The two election workers filed a defamation suit against Giuliani, once “America’s mayor,” and conservative news network One America News Network (OAN) in December 2021, accusing them of spreading false claims they had committed election fraud in the 2020 presidential election.
A heavily edited clip of security footage was widely circulated online and by Trump allies at the time as supposed proof of fraud.
Guiliani accused the mother-daughter duo of passing USB drives “like vials of heroin or cocaine” while they were counting ballots.
Moss later revealed to the House Select Committee investigating the January 6 Capitol riot that her mother handed her a ginger mint.
Georgia’s State Election Board dismissed its yearslong investigation into alleged election fraud in June and officially cleared Freeman and Moss.
The fraud claims were “unsubstantiated and found to have no merit,” the investigation concluded, NBC reported.

I don’t think he served Trump well in the follow-up to the
2020 election fiasco.
There was plenty of suspect activity out there, and I’m not
convinced we adequately and professionally addressed much of
any of it, if at all.
This made Trump’s claims look ridiculous. They weren’t.

Because there is a perfectly reasonable explanation for why they lied to everyone about shutting down the counting, got all the observers out, pulled containers filled with ballots from under tables, and put the exact same stack of ballots through the machine over and over and over again.
Because the courts are full of liars and idiots presiding over them.
Modern courts are a clown show with lying and or idiot Judges who rule on personal opinions regardless of what the law actually is. They are bent, broken and bankrupt, and a man has to be a fool to believe anything modern courts do represent any sort of competence or justice.
I've been hating the disgusting lying courts since they made up the right to Abortion in 1973. They are *LIARS* and they do not care what the truth is.
Why *ANYONE* has respect for "courts" is beyond me, and I can only conclude those who do are either simpleminded or unaware of how ruinously bad are the people running the court system.

Shouldn't it be very easily detected that ballots were run more than once. Doesn't make sense. each ballot should have an identifier when run, so if it is run again it could easily be identified.
I do believe "ballot harvesting" is the prime source of fraud in several states, and the process should be absolutely illegal because it violates the chain of custody and there is no proof that the person who's ballot is being harvested is actually a valid voter and actually voted that way.

Yes, because only intelligent people would know how to run the *EXACT SAME STACK OF BALLOTS* through a counting machine over and over and over again.
It’s too easy to prove anyway, because a recount can validate or invalidate any claim.
If it is a recount done by independent people with no manipulation by people with a vested interest in the outcome, and also provided that the corrupt election officials have not manufactured whatever they need in the way of ballots to conform to their count.
I have absolutely no trust for that lying Ratberger @$$hole who I think is up to his neck in the vote corruption system. Nothing he says will be accepted by me as legitimate.

“It is serious. It is deep. It is so real...the USB ports, I really would love to go live with that because the ballots is history...Now it’s the USB ports. So I need an attorney. I want to go live, I’ll go live on every platform because it is going to blow your mind.”
Freeman is a black victim industry ho. So she is believed automatically, instantly, without question, while any whites in the mix are immediately viewed with a suspicious eye.
And when the recount happened, wouldn’t have shown that 1,000 votes were counted but only 750 ballots were present?

Sorta where I am at. I've read articles claiming that Giuliani stays drunk all the time and was inebriated when all this election fraud investigation was going on.

I don't think it was addressed at all. I fully believe we have a serious election corruption problem in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona and Nevada. (If not other states as well.)
Let us hope it is enough, but right now it doesn't feel like we are winning against the election fraud problem.
Too many people on our side refuse to notice the problem and they are willing to pretend there is no problem.
It would be if you immediately got all the material out of their hands and let a third party look at it.
By the time any pretend investigation was launched, they could easily fabricate whatever numbers they needed to make it look like everything was fine.
